Rachele Comprehensive Old Students’ Association Gathers For Greatness


On Sunday 12th May 2024, the long awaited RACOSA Get Together Party came to pass leaving remarkable sweet memories on the members.

Attended by multitude members from emerging from different districts allover the country including the current head teacher, Father Lawrence Opio of Rachele Comprehensive Secondary School and other former staffs and well wishers.
While speaking to the old students, Father Lawrence pinned out unity and love for Rachele as it will bring greater success for both association and the school.
On the development of the school development taking place at the school, he added that many are ongoing for example, water project, wall fence project, ICT project of which all will start and come to pass in the nearby future.
Opio also added that the school is organizing Rachele day which will take place this December and will host a number of people including old students, former staffs, current students and staffs, and well wishers of different categories.
On the other hand, Vicky Christine Arao, RACOSA president in her remarks called for unity and support for the ongoing projects in the association as it will help deeply in the development of the association.

Makerere university Ivory Tower catches fire

  Its yet another sad morning as Makerere University main building caught fight from the Unknown source at the middle of the night. The source says the fire started from the right wing of the building moving towards the left side and allover the building. The Police fire brigade has been sent on the ground to fight the incidence but it has been terrible since the fire had spread already. According to Barnabas Nawangwe, the University Vice Chanchellor,  he said they Will work hard to restore the University ’s Building in the shortest period of time possible. The building is one of the oldest building in the University and was built during the British regime over 9 decades now.
